Detailed Personas
We wanted our personas to be reliable and based on data from real users. To do this we spent 20hrs interviewing our members from the US, Australia, and the UK and conducted a 60 question survey with 84,000 responses.

We wanted our personas to look genuine, so we ran a competition for users to be the face of UNiDAYS in a photoshoot.




Atomic style guide
To house our marketing personas I designed a microsite using an atomic style guide system. Designing a ReactJS site in the same way a developer thinks not only makes for a smooth build but also makes it super easy to maintain in the long term.
